WELL-BEING FOR CHILDREN

This page has a wide range of resources and activities for you to do at home to help with Well-Being. You can find yoga and meditation links, ideas for learning at home and PSHE resources to help you discuss managing feelings and emotions with your child.

There are also many useful online links that provide free online audio books or key websites to help make the most of your time at home. We have also included our 5 days of Well-Being to help you keep mentally healthy while in lockdown.
